During the last 5 years, at least I've read in many publications, Fantasy Football, doing "the opposite" strategy of drafting two WR in the first and second round. The author has been closed minded as the old idea of RB was RB. Let me first say that it requires the rest of the post on the standard scoring system of fantasy football. Not bastardized version of the scoring that awards points for each shot. This question requires a blog post all its own. And what to do with the opposite approach?
The 1st and 2 round is where the big scorers the team country. Of course, you can drag a fortune on a 3rd or 4, but rare, and rarer still a top-10 overall producer, nothing is going to 4th.
